- Chicken breast: 1 lb, cut into cubes
- Onion: 1 large, chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes: 2, puréed
- Coconut milk: 1 can
- Garam masala: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
- Chili powder: 1 tsp
- Coriander powder: 2 tsp
- Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder. Stir for 30 seconds.

Add the tomato purée and cook until the oil separates from the masala.

Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until sealed.

Pour in the coconut milk and add garam masala. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
