- Cucumber: 1, diced
- Bell pepper: 1, diced
- Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup, halved
- Red onion: 1/4, finely chopped
- Parsley: 1/2 cup, chopped
- Lemon juice: 1/4 cup
- Olive oil: 3 tbsp
